Copyright and Other Rights Infringement

If you believe that any content on the websites www.paysto.com and www.paysto.ru infringes your copyright, please send a complaint via email to legal@paysto.com. For any claims to be satisfied, your appeal must be in writing and contain the following:

1. A physical or legal electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the infringed copyright;
2. Identification of the copyrighted work that has been infringed;
3. Identification of the URL(s) of the web page(s) on which the rights are claimed to be infringed or the content of the identified pages may be the subject of copyright infringement that should be removed or access to it should be disabled;
4. Contact information, such as mailing address, telephone number, and email address of the party filing the copyright infringement complaint;
5. A statement that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
6. A statement that the information in the complaint is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the infringed copyright.
