This document defines user access to the products and services of the PAYSTO platform.

If your business does not meet the specified requirements or you do not agree with any point of these rules, you must refuse to use PAYSTO, delete your account (user account) in Paysto, and leave this website.

  1. PAYSTO services are available only to the following users:
    1. Companies (legal entities) officially registered in any country in the world, except for countries and territories included in the lists of offshore zones and FATF.
    2. Individuals (natural persons) who are citizens of Russia, registered as an Individual Entrepreneur (IE) or having the status of "Self-employed".
  2. PAYSTO does not provide services to individuals and/or organizations that violate the laws of the country of registration, as well as whose activities are prohibited:
    1. Activities directly or indirectly aimed at making profit and/or obtaining other benefits through deception, fraud, or other illegal means;
    2. Activities related to the distribution of intellectual property objects without the corresponding permission of the copyright holder;
    3. Distribution of software that contains computer viruses or other components capable of harming the user or leading to loss of information;
    4. Distribution of information inciting illegal actions, including information containing terrorist propaganda, promoting incitement of interethnic, racial, or religious hatred, causing harm in any form, as well as information of prohibited content, including all types of pornographic materials;
    5. Distribution of any type of weapons;
    6. Distribution of narcotic substances and drugs;
    7. Activities that have no economic sense.
  3. The user is familiar with the List of Prohibited Goods and Services.
  4. PAYSTO services are not intended for use and/or are not available in countries where this is prohibited by law. The user bears full responsibility for determining such prohibitions and complying with local legislation;
  5. The use of Paysto for illegal tax optimization, money laundering, cashing out, or as a transit (technical) structure entails the blocking of funds. Unblocking of funds in this case is carried out only by decision of the judicial authorities of the Russian Federation (RF).
  6. The fulfillment of the terms of Paysto's privacy policy regarding the user will be terminated upon receipt of relevant court requests or during the conduct of operational-search activities (ORM) and verification of the user's activity by law enforcement agencies.
  7. Any arising expenses and/or losses due to violation of these requirements shall be paid by the user who violated these rules.
  8. PAYSTO has the right, without stating a reason, to refuse to provide services to any person.
  9. These rules may be changed by the PAYSTO Administration at any time, without prior notice.

Placement, Distribution, and Receipt of Information

  1. BY USING PAYSTO PRODUCTS, YOU AGREE NOT TO POST OR OTHERWISE DISTRIBUTE ANY MATERIALS AND/OR INFORMATION (HEREINAFTER, CONTENT) THAT:
    1. Is illegal, harmful, threatening, offensive, discrediting, defamatory, infringing on privacy, or harmful in any form to minors;
    2. Is pornographic or depicts a person engaging in any sexual acts, including, but not limited to:
      1. Engaging in sexual intercourse, including genital, oral-genital, anal-genital, or oral-anal, whether between persons of the same or opposite sexes;
      2. Zoophilia;
      3. Masturbation;
      4. Sadistic-masochistic acts;
      5. Display of genitals or the pubic area of any person in any form and manner;
    3. Harasses, degrades, intimidates any person or incites hatred against any person or group of persons based on religion, sex, sexual orientation, race, nationality, age, or disability;
    4. Impersonates any natural or legal person, including, but not limited to, a PAYSTO employee or any PAYSTO Services, or a state representative, public official, or otherwise misrepresents affiliation with a natural or legal person;
    5. Uses personal or identifying information (personal data) about another person without that person's express consent;
    6. Is false, deceptive, misleading, or disinformation and/or constitutes any forms of "enticement", "trickery", etc.;
    7. Violates any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party, or contains information that you are not entitled to distribute by law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships;
    8. Constitutes or contains "affiliate marketing", "referral (partner) links", "Junk mail", "spam", "chain letters", "pyramid schemes", or is unsolicited commercial advertising;
    9. Constitutes or contains a form of advertising, in the form of an image and/or description of the benefits of any goods and services in a superlative form and in the absence of a critical comparison of these goods or services with alternative goods and/or services;
    10. Includes links to commercial services or websites, with the exception of projects (pages) posted in the "Goods and Services" section;
    11. Advertises any illegal services or goods, the sale of which is prohibited or restricted by applicable local legislation, including without limitation goods and services, the sale of which is prohibited or regulated (licensed) by the legislation of the Russian Federation;
    12. Contains software viruses or other computer codes, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware, or telecommunications equipment;
    13. Uses misleading email addresses, or "fake" headers, or otherwise manipulates the details of the Seller (Project Organizer) to conceal the true origin of the Owner and Content distributed using PAYSTO Services.
  2. BY USING PAYSTO PRODUCTS AND RECEIVING ANY INFORMATION FROM US, YOU AGREE TO:
    1. Not to contact or establish communication with any user who has not requested to be contacted;
    2. Not to "harass" or otherwise degrade or suppress any user;
    3. Not to collect personal data about other users for commercial or illegal purposes;
    4. Not to use automated means, including spiders, robots, bots, scripts, or data mining tools, etc., to download or upload data through PAYSTO PRODUCTS, unless otherwise specifically agreed or permitted by PAYSTO Administration;
    5. Not to send messages with identical or similar content to users and/or PAYSTO Administration, or otherwise cause an excessive or disproportionately large load on the PAYSTO infrastructure;
    6. Not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to PAYSTO web systems (servers) or engage in any activity that destroys the web system, reduces the quality of service and provision of services, hinders the fulfillment of PAYSTO's obligations, or impairs the functionality or access to the PAYSTO website;
    7. Not to use any form of automatic publishing and/or computer program that allows posting/publishing information in the PAYSTO web system without manual user input, including on a regular basis.
  3. CHANGE OF TERMS
    We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and at any time, to change, modify, or otherwise alter these Rules. Any changes take effect immediately. You should regularly review this document to be aware of changes. The last update date is indicated in the header.
  4. FINAL PROVISIONS
    1. These Rules are an integral part of the PAYSTO User Agreement.
    2. The PAYSTO Administration reserves the right to block, disable, or otherwise remove any materials from the PAYSTO website, including user pages, and to restrict any user's access to the website if such user violates copyright or other intellectual property rights or in case of violation of any or several points of these Rules.
    3. All issues not regulated in this Agreement are governed by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the PAYSTO User Agreement.
