Privacy Policy
This "Privacy Policy" (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all relationships between participants arising from the use of any services and functions of the "PAYSTO" Platform (hereinafter – PAYSTO), and relates to any information received about companies and individuals (Users) utilizing the specified services and functions. The use of PAYSTO services and functions signifies the unconditional consent of all participants to the terms of this Policy. The established rules for processing users' personal information are mandatory for all PAYSTO participants. Disagreement with this Regulation, either in whole or in part, is an unconditional reason to cease using PAYSTO services and functions.
- Personal information includes:
- Information provided by the User during registration (obtaining individual password/login and creating an account);
- Information provided by the User when using PAYSTO services and functions;
- Information that is automatically transmitted to the PAYSTO System when its services and functions are used via software installed on the user's device, such as user browser information, IP address, cookie files, etc.
- When using personal information, PAYSTO services operate on the following principles:
- Any information, including that listed in clause 1 of this Regulation, is provided by the user voluntarily;
- The information provided by the user is reliable until proven otherwise;
- The user bears full responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided, including issues related to the user's legal capacity and capability;
- The user understands all negative consequences of providing invalid or outdated information;
- PAYSTO's scope of competence is limited to the PAYSTO web-system and does not extend to any other internet resources, including those for which there are links on the PAYSTO website;
- The preservation of personal information from unauthorized use is only possible through the joint efforts of PAYSTO services and the user. PAYSTO services take all possible measures to keep the specified information out of unauthorized access; however, these measures are inherently insufficient if the user does not also take all necessary steps to safeguard the information.
- The user provides, and PAYSTO stores, the specified information for the following:
- User identification when utilizing PAYSTO services and functions;
- User identification in the event of concluding agreements with PAYSTO operators or partners;
- Sending important messages and notifications to the user for the purpose of protecting user interests;
- Sending informational and other materials to the user that may be advantageously used by the user;
- Improving the quality of PAYSTO services and functions to provide the user with better services;
- For developing new services and functions that may be useful to the user;
- For collecting data on the quality of services provided to the user;
- Targeting materials;
- Conducting sociological research without providing personal information.
- The user provides, and PAYSTO processes and uses the received information in the following manner:
- PAYSTO uses only necessary information about the user;
- PAYSTO does not ensure the confidentiality of information if the user, personally or through a representative, has transferred information to third parties, regardless of whether these parties operate within PAYSTO or on other internet resources;
- The user understands and agrees that some of the information they post may be accessible to third parties;
- PAYSTO has the right to transfer information if such transfer is related to the fulfillment of obligations to the user by PAYSTO participants or third parties in connection with the user's operation of PAYSTO services and functions;
- PAYSTO has the right to transfer information if the user has explicitly expressed their consent to such transfer;
- PAYSTO has the right to transfer information if this arises from the requirements of current Russian legislation.
- When processing users' personal data, PAYSTO is guided by the Federal Law of the Russian Federation "On Personal Data."
- The user is not entitled to make claims regarding the violation of information usage rules if the information transfer occurs during the alienation of this internet resource by the PAYSTO owner.
- PAYSTO has the right to deviate from the Privacy Policy and the inviolability of the user's personal information if the latter violates PAYSTO's legal documents or if such deviation is necessary to protect the interests of third parties whose rights have been violated by the user.
- The user has the right to change, supplement, or delete personal information at their discretion. In this case, the user bears the risks associated with providing inaccurate or incomplete information.
- PAYSTO takes necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the user's personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions by third parties.
- PAYSTO has the right to unilaterally change the content of this Policy, indicating the effective date of the new version. The new version of the Policy comes into effect from the moment it is posted on the relevant PAYSTO pages, unless otherwise stipulated by the new version.
- All relationships arising in connection with the use of personal information are regulated by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
