List of Prohibited Goods and Services

This list includes, but is not limited to, the types of goods and services for which the use of PAYSTO platform products and services is ABSOLUTELY prohibited:

  • Historical and art objects constituting cultural values of the country where the consumer is located;
  • Used cosmetics;
  • Counterfeit currency, counterfeit coins, and counterfeit stamps;
  • Narcotics, psychotropic substances and related products, descriptions of drugs or narcotic substances, steroids, controlled and restricted substances, or other products that pose a risk to consumer safety, including electronic cigarettes (ENDS) and ENDS liquids;
  • Electronic equipment prohibited in the consumer's country (e.g., cable TV decoders, radars and traffic light control devices, electronic surveillance equipment, listening devices and phone bugs, etc.);
  • Prohibited firearms, defense items, knives, pepper spray, exact replicas of firearms, and stun guns;
  • State insignia, government documents, uniforms, government IDs and licenses, as well as goods related to the police (militia);
  • Dangerous and perishable goods, as well as goods with usage restrictions (e.g., explosives, radioactive materials, toxic substances, batteries, fireworks, freon, etc.);
  • Human organs and remains;
  • Goods that promote illegal activities or incite others to participate in illegal activities;
  • Lock picking and breaking devices;
  • Spam mailing lists, as well as any information containing personal data;
  • Multi-level marketing, pyramids and matrices, business packages;
  • Offensive materials (e.g., goods offending morality, ethnically or racially offensive materials, Nazi memorabilia, goods advocating violence, ethnic hostility, hatred, racism, offensive and abusive statements and insults);
  • Prescription drugs and medical preparations, their derivatives, and raw materials for their production;
  • Prohibited services (sellers are not allowed to offer or demand illegal and sexual services, as well as services that violate/contradict human morality);
  • Slot machines;
  • Stolen property and property with removed serial numbers;
  • Poisonous herbs and prohibited seeds;
  • Underground or illegal audio and video recordings;
  • Counterfeit or pirated goods;
  • Mod chips, game emulators, boot disks, and devices;
  • Goods with no consumer value;
  • Pornography, child pornography, perversions, escort services, or prostitution;
  • Auctions or trading systems that allow participants to conduct activities excluding the transfer of goods, services, or other products with consumer value;
  • Financial or payment instruments (platforms, systems);
  • Collection of donations on behalf of third parties as a charitable or non-profit organization;
  • Tobacco products;
  • Stocks and other securities;
  • Gambling (all types of casinos, games, including poker, roulette, bingo, baccarat, bookmaking – all types of bets on various events), lottery tickets;
  • Alcoholic beverages;
  • Precious and rare-earth metals/stones and products made from them;
  • X-ray equipment, devices, and equipment using radioactive substances and isotopes;
  • Digital content without the proper authorization from the copyright holder;
