Requirements for External Resources to Connect to Paysto Infrastructure

Ensure your resource complies with the following Paysto requirements:
- The resource (website, web application, mobile application, etc.) has clear and understandable descriptions of its operation;
- The resource is fully operational and filled with necessary content for users. All sections are complete, and all internal links are handled appropriately;
- The descriptive part of the resource must contain clear information about the goods (services) being sold, their cost, details, and the duration of the purchase process, namely:
- Essential (distinctive) characteristics of the goods (services) being sold;
- The procedure for determining the final cost of goods (services), including the regulation of additional commissions during payment;
- The store's payment processing regulations, specifically the timeframe for processing payments from the moment payment is received until the paid order is accepted for fulfillment or rejected and money is returned;
- The paid order processing regulations, specifically the timeframe for processing an order from the moment it is accepted for fulfillment until the order is delivered or the service is provided to the buyer;
- The procedure for handling payment claims and refunds (links to relevant sections of the infrastructure you are connecting to are accepted).
- The content of the resource must display all or part of the goods (approximate cost of paid services) with indicative prices (exact, "from", "to", etc.) in public (open) access and via links from the main page;
- The resource must not be used for the distribution and advertising of goods and/or services of an illegal, criminal nature, or those that do not comply with generally accepted ethical and legal norms. List of prohibited goods and services.
- The resource description must include comprehensive contact details for the owners, namely: phone, email (or contact form), and messenger addresses (WhatsApp, Telegram, or other messaging service).
- The description of the goods (services) being sold and the purchase and payment process must be published in Russian.
- When redirecting the buyer to the payment page, the store must transmit order data to Paysto, including: product (service) name, unit cost, and quantity.
- When redirecting the buyer to the payment page, the store must transmit the cost of associated services (delivery, assembly) to Paysto using a special parameter.
- When creating an order in the Paysto Personal Account, the Owner must specify the buyer's (payer's) e-mail. Specifying the store Owner's own e-mail is prohibited.
- The resource owner must notify Paysto administration about the use of reverse DNS and/or other methods for hiding the real IP address of the connected store.
Should any of the above points be violated, Paysto's Security Service reserves the right to refuse service provision and block compensation for 180 days.
