2025 Strategic Update
  • PAYSTO 3.0: A complete migration of the entire PAYSTO infrastructure to the new platform "Shared Decentralized Trading Infrastructure" SDTI24, introduced by DIGILIFE in 2024, is planned.
2024 Year of Scaling
  • Key Metric: The number of active stores exceeded 250.
  • Financial Result: PAYSTO's annual turnover reached $30 million.

2022 Stabilization and Launch

2021 Relaunch in Russia
  • Digilife, together with DZ-systems (Russia), introduced a new project "PAYSTO — Russian trading infrastructure as a service", built on the basis of OMSI20.
2020 Business Restructuring
  • XYO (USA) acquires the international business PAYS.TO. The PAYSTO team decided to focus efforts on promoting services in the EAEU market under the PAYSTO.COM brand.
2019 Consolidation and Reach
  • ABO (Germany) acquires Activate.to.
  • 100,000 users (30,000 active stores) registered with PAYS.TO.
  • PAYS.TO merges with XYO (USA).
  • PAYSTO 2.0: ULTRAWEB introduced updated payment modules for CMS: WordPress, OpenCart, Drupal, Joomla, Prestashop and others.
  • PAYSTO 2.0: own account on GitHub.com.
2018 Entry into the US Market and New Version
  • Expansion: PAYS.TO enters the US market.
  • PAYSTO 2.0: a new Personal Account (user) and PAYSTO payment pages were introduced — the logo and website design were updated, and language versions for English, German, and French were added.
  • Prabhu MT (Nepal) acquires Gate.bz.
  • HLFX (UK) acquires Funding.to.
  • PAYSTO 2.0: Fiscalization of all sales to individuals was integrated to comply with 54 FZ.
  • New feature — "Showroom" for each PAYSTO user.
  • Strategic partner in Russia — "Sberbank".
2017 Updates and Integrations
  • 20,000 users registered.
  • A platform development plan was adopted — "PAYSTO 2.0 - Infrastructure for online business".
  • PAYSTO 2.0: together with ULTRAWEB, began a global update of the website, personal accounts, and payment pages.
  • PAYSTO 2.0: new feature — Claim Processing.
  • PAYSTO 2.0: a new Buyer's account was introduced, which includes the function for submitting and managing claims.
  • Together with DIGILIFE and WEBKUL (India), PAYSTO solutions for accepting payments were integrated into "Opencart Multi Vendor Marketplace".
2016 Record Turnover
  • The mass payment service PaymentGate was separated into a distinct direction — Gate.bz.
  • A special account was implemented for users of the Gate.bz service, including functions: Balance Top-up, Payout Register Upload, and Internal Transfer.
  • Invitation-based registration was implemented.
  • PAYSTO's annual turnover reached $100 million.
2015 Diversification
  • LinkCharge — completely redesigned and new functionality added.
  • New service LinkCharge.ru with a separate website and account — a fully independent and full-featured account with simplified registration and transaction management.
  • OnlineMerchant and UpBalance products were combined into one product named — Pays.To.
  • Partner bank — Modulbank (Russia).
2014 Audience Growth and Expansion of Payment Methods
  • 15,000 users registered.
  • The DonataMe service was completely redesigned and renamed FundingTo, with extended functionality for generating and customizing fundraising pages. Announcement on Habr

2010 Stability and Recurring Payments
  • PAYSTO transitions to stable operation mode.
  • New service — UpBalance for accepting payments in billing projects. PAYSTO becomes the first service in Russia for processing recurring payments.

2009 Project Launch
  • Based on the ISCI7 platform, DIGILIFE, together with ULTRAWEB (Russia), launches a beta version of a cloud service for accepting and processing online payments — PAYSTO.
  • New service — OnlineMerchant for accepting online payments.
